Since Mr and Mrs Yu have developed close relationships with the local pearl farmers and sorters (many of whom are childhood friends), YurPearls is able to procure high quality pearls at the best prices. For you and other customers, this means that the prices YurPearls charges for high-quality freshwater pearl jewelry are among the lowest in the industry.

 

Currently, most Western retailers of cultivated freshwater pearls come to our region of China, barter with the locals, and purchase pearls in bulk for export to their respective countries. Not only do these retailers get charged higher prices by the local pearl farmers, the product they are getting may also be of a lower quality than what we are able to procure. Worse, from the customer's perspective, most Western retailers today sell their pearl jewelry at inflated prices back home. In fact, prices of pearl jewelry in developed countries is so exaggerated that it’s often just plain greedy.

In contrast, we at YurPearls prices our pearl jewelry more fairly: enough for our family members to make a decent living, but not so high as to rip off our customers. YurPearls is completely different from the traditional “low quality Chinese export” that the West has become accustomed to over the years. With YurPearls, higher quality for a lower price is not only possible, it's expected!
