We currently accept all major credit cards, as well as Interac E-transfer for our Canadian customers. Shipping within Canada and to the United States is provided by Canada Post. Shipping to all other regions is provided via China Post, China Express Mail Service, and/or local postal services. Shipments usually take up to 10 business days to arrive. Upon shipment, if you order is over CAD$100, you will be given a tracking number for you to track your parcel online.

Also note that, although pearls and clamshell products are durable and we will package them appropriately for shipment, we cannot be responsible for any damage as a result of shipping.

 

Important Note on Customs Duties and Sales Taxes:

 

Since we are a Canadian small business and operating in Canada, we collect Canadian sales taxes (that vary depending on the province/territory where you bought the jewelry).

 

However, if you are receiving the item from elsewhere in the world other than Canada, you will likely have to pay sales tax and import duties when you pick up the item from the post office, in accordance with your country's government regulations. For example, UK customs adds a 20% Value-added tax (VAT) and approx £10 of handling fees to purchases over £15 (1). On the other hand, goods entering the USA under $200US can usually pass duty-free (2), but handling fees may still be incurred.

Unfortunately, because each country has its own import regulations, we cannot predict in advance how much these costs will be, but they will likely not be much more than what you typically have to pay in sales taxes when you make similar purchases at home.
