Returns/Refunds and Exchanges

Here at YurPearls, you already know that we provide you with the best quality pearls for the best prices… but we also specialize in great customer service, to make sure you are 100% happy with your product! We pride ourselves on our email response time, and promptly respond to any questions you may have during your product selection process. In addition, after you have made a purchase, you are welcome to email us and request additional personalizations, such as a gift-note or a specific length of necklace. For all inquiries, please feel free to contact us anytime and we will respond within 24 hours.

 

However, if in the rare event you are unhappy with your purchase, we would of course be happy to offer an exchange or refund within 21 days of your purchase date. Please send us a message via the "Contact" page, and we will provide you with a return address.

 

Please note that in order for us to provide a refund or exchange, the product must be returned to us in perfect unworn condition and in its original packaging.

 

When we receive your returned items, you will be refunded the amount you paid for your products minus the delivery costs we took on when initially mailing you the item. We will process your refund or exchange within 48 hours of receiving the item. It may take up to 10 business days for your credit card company to credit your account. Unfortunately, payments made by interac E-transfer cannot (yet) be granted refunds.
