After you place an order in our shop, we’ll contact you by email within 24 hours, to personally tailor your pearls to suit your needs.

 

For instance, we will send actual photos of our product to you to verify that the indicated product was actually what you had ordered, to ensure you’re happy with your selection. We will also ask you if the product you’re looking for is a gift, in which case we can write a personalized note, free of charge. In addition, several of our customers have had very specific pearl jewelry needs, requiring multiple rounds of email communication - we were very happy to work with them to ultimately provide them with the product they wanted. It’s never too much work for us!
